Therapy with me:
Therapy isn't about having everything figured out before you begin. It's about having a space where you can slow down, better understand yourself, and make sense of what's been keeping you stuck. Together, we'll build practical skills, create lasting change, and work toward the life you want in a way that feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. The goal of therapy isn't to stay in therapy forever. My goal is to help you build the insight, confidence, and skills to continue moving forward on your own.
-
Together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to better understand your patterns—so you can keep what serves you and change what doesn't. Greater insight creates greater choice.
-
We'll develop helpful skills you can use in everyday life—whether that's managing difficult emotions, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, or responding to challenges in new ways.
-
Lasting change doesn't happen overnight. It happens through small, intentional steps taken consistently as you begin using what we work on in session in your daily life. Together, we'll celebrate progress, adjust when needed, and continue building a life worth living.
Individual Therapy
Rate: $200 per Session
Individual therapy is a space to better understand yourself—your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we'll explore what's been difficult, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical skills to help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together to create an approach that fits your needs and helps you lead a life worth living.
Understand yourself. Create the life you want.
Conjoint Sessions
Rate: $275 per Session
No one is an island. Sometimes therapy involves the important people in your life. When appropriate, I may invite a partner, family member, or support person into a session to improve communication, build understanding, or work through a specific challenge together. These sessions aren't family or couples therapy. They're used intentionally to support your individual therapy goals and are tailored to your specific needs.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
Finding the right therapist matters, and I believe it's important to find someone you genuinely connect with. That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation. We'll meet by phone or secure video—whichever you're more comfortable with. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and get a sense of what it would be like to work together. We'll also discuss scheduling, fees, and what you can expect if we decide to move forward.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Superbills are detailed invoices that outline the services you received. Because reimbursement varies by plan, I encourage you to contact your insurance company to learn about your specific benefits.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
If you are paying for services yourself (without using insurance), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care under the No Surprises Act. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided before treatment begins. If you have questions, please let me know.
How are sessions conducted?
I currently provide telehealth psychotherapy services for adults (18 years and older). I typically begin with weekly sessions and adjust the frequency of appointments based on your needs and treatment goals. All therapy sessions are conducted virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Because I am licensed in California, clients must be physically located in California at the time of each session.
